How long does it take to get my decals? All of the artwork is made from scratch in the supplier's studio every time you order, allowing a crisp and customised product!! Sample packs are small enough to be sent as standard mail in a DL envelope and are therefore sent without a tracking code. They come in a kraft envelope and will go straight to your letterbox. Check the Auspost for standard letter delivery times to your location. The decals are made on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please allow up to 1 week for your decals to be brought to life and sent on its way. Please note that order times may be longer than 1 week during sale times and during holiday periods. Once it has left the Gold Coast the standard Australia Post / Pack & Send times will apply. Standard post: Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location. For a more information please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator. or track your parcel using the link sent to you. Express post: Next business day delivery* within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. International post: For more information on delivery times please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator. For International orders please also check your country's import tax /duties prior to ordering. These may be charged and are at the discretion of each country. This is not something we have control of. These fees, if applicable, are at the cost of the receiver and is not included in the cost of your item.

Can I return my Wall Decals? As all Blond + Noir products are bespoke items, so they don’t accept returns. If you have a concern with your order please contact us as soon as possible after you receive it. If you are unsure if our wall decals will work in your space, please order a sample pack prior to ordering a larger decal pack.
